Privacy Policy

1. What this preview build does

NoCapLinked analyzes resume and job-posting text, returns a report, and does not retain the full scan text on our servers after the response is generated.

2. What we collect

• Interest-form details you submit, including name, email, user type, selected plan, optional note, and submission source.
• Lightweight product events such as landing views, dashboard views, scan starts, scan completions, share clicks, and Pro access submissions.
• Browser-stored free-preview counters and local history entries on your own device.

3. What we do not retain on our servers

• Full resume text after the analysis response is returned.
• Full job-posting text after the analysis response is returned.
• Persistent billing information, because billing is not live yet.

4. Third-party processing

Scan text is sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis. Interest requests can be emailed through Resend when configured. If mail is not configured, requests are written to application logs so they are still captured during development or lightweight deployments.

5. Cookies and local storage

The current launch build uses browser local storage for free-preview scan counts and local history. We do not rely on third-party tracking cookies in this implementation.
