1. Preview product

NoCapLinked is currently a launch-ready validation build. The core audit flow is live, but billing, team administration, and bulk workflows are intentionally not part of this version.

2. What the service provides

The service provides AI-assisted analysis of resumes and job postings, including anomaly flags, report summaries, and related guidance for recruiters and job seekers.

3. Important limitations

Reports are decision-support outputs, not factual determinations. You must not use NoCapLinked as the sole basis for hiring, rejection, or employment decisions.

4. Access requests

Requesting Pro access is an expression of interest, not a purchase, subscription, or promise of service. We review requests manually and may choose whether and how to follow up.

5. Acceptable use

• Only submit materials you have the right to analyze.
• Do not use the service to harass, discriminate, or defame.
• Do not abuse or automate the service in ways that degrade it.
• Do not present NoCapLinked outputs as final truth or legal advice.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the output.
